The form collects your name, phone number, chosen package, date, guest quantities and selected pickup option. You can also provide a WhatsApp number, email address, hotel or pickup details, and special requests.
A saved request includes a booking reference, status, price summary and creation/update timestamps. Only provide information needed to arrange the trip. Do not enter payment-card details, identity-document copies or detailed medical records in free-text fields.
Booking details are used to record and arrange your requested trip and support follow-up about it. The website also keeps a retry identifier so an interrupted or repeated submission can return the same booking instead of creating another one.
The current form does not collect payment-card information or subscribe you to marketing messages. Operator access, service-provider arrangements and the legal basis for processing must be confirmed by the business before public launch.
Your selected light/dark theme is stored in your browser. While a booking submission is unresolved, its details and retry token are kept in that browser tab’s session storage so you can retry after reloading. That pending copy is removed after a successful response; normal session storage ends when the tab closes. If browser storage is disabled, recovery across a reload may not be available. When tracking is enabled, privacy choices are remembered in local storage for up to 180 days. After a consented booking conversion, a limited list of hashed retry identifiers is used for up to 90 days to reduce duplicate events; expired entries are discarded when the list is next updated. Withdrawing permission clears the tracking ledger and accessible first-party Google measurement cookies and reloads the page. If storage is unavailable, choices and duplicate protection may last only for the current page.
Optional Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement is prepared but disabled until this business supplies its own IDs and enables it. When enabled, optional Google tags load only after your choice allows the relevant service. You can reject optional services and still book, or change your choice through Privacy preferences in the footer. Analytics measures page visits, WhatsApp clicks and successfully saved booking requests; these requests are not paid purchases. Advertising measurement can record the configured conversion actions; personalized advertising remains disabled. Our event payloads exclude booking names, phone numbers, email addresses, pickup details, free-text requests, booking references and URL query strings. Google may process cookies, device and network information when its services are enabled and accepted. Before activation, the business must review its Google account settings, providers, data retention and applicable consent requirements.
When you choose an external WhatsApp or other third-party link, the destination service applies its own privacy practices. A booking-follow-up link can include the booking reference and trip summary in a prefilled message. Review the message before sending it.
Hosting, database, operational access and any international data-transfer arrangements still require business confirmation. Automatic booking emails are not enabled in the current version.
A record-retention period has not yet been confirmed. The final policy must specify retention and deletion practices, including any records that must be kept for applicable obligations.
You may ask about information held about you, request correction, or request deletion where applicable. The business must provide a working privacy contact and confirm its request-handling process.
