How to request a cancellation, change your safari date or contact our team about a refund.
Contact us on WhatsApp at +971 54 155 1505 or email contact@truedeserttourism.com. Include your BAS booking number, travel date, package and the change you need.
If your departure is approaching, call us as well. Keep our written response with your booking details; sending a message does not itself confirm cancellation.
Tell us your preferred new date, guest count or pickup location. Changes depend on availability and package capacity. Our team must confirm any revised price and arrangements before the change is agreed.
Weather or operating conditions may affect your trip. Contact our team to discuss revised arrangements and the options available for your booking.
A payment shown as successful does not by itself confirm tour availability. Keep your booking number and payment confirmation when discussing a cancellation. Do not send card numbers or security codes by email or WhatsApp.
Contact our team to discuss refund eligibility. If a refund is agreed, we will confirm the amount, payment method and expected processing time with you.
